United Way's HELPLINK connects Bay Area residents to counseling, youth and family services, immigration programs, health care and temporary financial aid.
HELPLINK's Information and Referral Specialists are ready to answer you phone calls, Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. An answering service is available after hours and weekends.
