BAIRC is a broad-based coalition of individuals and organizations working to build a unified voice for immigrant rights that transforms and improves the lives of immigrants. We do this by forging strong, working relationships between member organizations, advocating for just public policies, raising public awareness about the rights and living conditions of immigrants, and increasing the capacity of member organizations to work on immigrant issues. |

Principos de Unidad |
|
Nosotros valoramos:
La Solidaridad: Tratamos de crear unidad entre comunidades inmigrantes, y entre comunidades inmigrantes y otras comunidades luchando por la liberación.
El Liderazgo Inmigrante: Inmigrantes deberían de tener control sobre las decisiones que afectan nuestras vidas.
Dignidad: Rechazamos clasificaciones como “inmigrante bueno” e “inmigrante malo” que dividen a nuestras comunidades. Ningún ser humano es indeseable.
La Igualdad: Rechazamos a la homofobia, el sexismo, el racismo, la discriminación en contra los descapacitados y el clasicismo – solo sirven para dividir y crear resentimiento.
Las Contribuciones Inmigrantes: Valoramos a todos y todas las personas sin importar su condición migratoria y respetamos diversos principios, costumbre y perspectivas culturales.
