Coalition is fiscally sponsored by the CIF of the San Francisco Foundation. Our advisory board is known as the Leadership Council, which is made up of member representatives and maintains
the following responsibilities:

Oversees BAIRC’s committees. |

Supports BAIRC’s staff and assesses the director’s performance.

Ensures adequate resources.
|
|
Provides proper financial oversight.
|
|
Ensures effective planning.
|
|
Enhances the Coalition's public standing.
|
|
Recruits and orients new Leadership Council members and assesses Leadership Council performance.
